Shelley began IT consulting in 1999, building on her experience working for Apple in the late 1980s, and as a lifelong trainer. She brings her decades of business management savvy to her technology consulting practice, along with healthy doses of optimism and creative thinking. Shelley has developed and delivered training courseware for Apple and Microsoft; she spent many fun years criss-crossing the country to deliver Support Essentials training for Apple's clients. On any given day, you'll find her out on her deck looking for deer.
